In order to offer you the best service and to facilitate its use, the number of pages visited, the number of visits, as well as the activity of the visitors and their frequency of use are analysed. In these effects, the University of Granada (UGR) as coordinator of the LIFE Project Wood for Future uses the statistical information elaborated by the Internet Service Provider.

The UGR does not use cookies to collect information from users, only session cookies are used for technical purposes (those that allow the user to navigate through the website and use the different options and services that exist there).

Below we inform you about the data protection policy of the UGR in the context of the LIFE Wood for Future Project.

 

Responsible for data processing

The personal data that could be requested directly from the interested party late-night treated confidentially and will be incorporated into the corresponding treatment activity owned by UGR.

The purpose of the processing of personal data by the UGR is to fulfil its duties and responsibilities in the field of teaching, study and research, which includes managing the administrative services of a public university administration and the management of requests for information and academic and institutional dissemination activities. The primary basis of legitimacy for UGR treatment is the provision of public service in higher education. Consent given by the persons concerned in cases where this is authorised may also be the basis of treatment.

In other processing on the basis of legitimacy, it is necessary in the execution of contracts, the fulfilment of specific legal provisions, or the fulfilment of a mission carried out in the public interest or in the exercise of public power. All these conditions are in line with Article 6.1 of the European Regulation.

 

Data storage

The personal data provided will be kept for the time necessary to fulfil the purpose for which it is requested and to determine any possible responsibilities that may arise from the purpose, in addition to the periods established in the regulations on archives and documentation.

 

Communication of data

In general, personal data will not be communicated to third parties, unless legally required to do so.

 

Rights of interested parties

Any person has the right to obtain confirmation of the processing of his/her data by the UGR.
